US shipping

Handling: 2–3 business days after payment confirmation
Transit after dispatch: Estimated 3–5 business days within the US
Shipping charge: $9.00 per item or kit, unless shown otherwise on its card

Handling and carrier transit are separate periods. Allow approximately 5–8 business days from payment confirmation to delivery; this is an estimate, not a guaranteed date. Weekends and holidays may affect timing.

Returns

You may return an item within 14 days of receiving the parcel. The buyer pays return shipping. Contact Alex for the return address and instructions before sending it back.
